MEMCO offers the MEMLINE Linear Series to cater the divergent and escalating needs of the market and in line with its diversification strategy. These machines offer the same philosophy of the complete flexible bottling solutions, with the ability to handle wide scope of container capacities ranging from 4 up to 20 liters.

Total efficiency and flexibility:

• These machines can accommodate a wide range of filling devises to handle the filling of any type of liquid, and according to the customer product characteristics
• Different types of filling nozzles are available to achieve best performance of clean and accurate filling. Depending on the filling volume and production speed these machines can be equipped with up to 10 filling nozzles.
• The capping unit includes a cap sorter and either a single index capping head or contentious rotary capping turrets for high-speed applications.
• At the final stage, any type of pressure sensitive self-adhesive labels can be adopted.
• The easy quick change concept of these machines, with simplified control panel allows changing container sizes in few minutes.

Main features:

- The machine is supplied with one size of bottle and cap size. For other sizes, it can be supplied as spare parts if required;
- No bottle, no filling system;
-Variable speed motors;
-Level switch for the filling tank;
-Machine framework with 304 Stainless Steel;
-Easy accessibility and cleaning;
-All contact parts of the machine are manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel or approved material, certification on request. Filling pumps can be completely dismounted for cleaning or sanitizing;
-Mechanical motion machine, to offer high accuracy and repeatability during all operations;
-Easy and low cost maintenance;
-Cap Torque adjustment by means of a magnetic clutch or by electronic control adjustment;
-Easy and fast changeover;
-All machine’s working phases are controlled by sensors.

Production rates up to 1,200 containers per hour, depending on the container and fill product characteristics.
