The MEMPACK series (CUPS rinsing / Filling / Sealing) offers the end user the durability, efficiency and operator ergonomics while providing unprecedented level of statistical control and troubleshooting capability. This series is available in configurations from four up to eight independent lanes wide.

Operational Features:

• Advanced index gear drive: The automatic index motion is achieved by special indexing drive with modified motion law, which guarantees precise repeatable index, as well as smooth and shock-free movement even when working at the full speed of the machine.
• Mechanical synchronization: The mechanical cam system synchronization between the main gear and the lid dispenser as well the container ejector, eliminates any adjustments to be done when working in different speed systems.
• Simplified control panel: Ergonomic LCD with user friendly interface, easy to understand menus and trouble-shooting massages.

• You can enjoy the possibility of adding a rinsing station before the filling stage.

 

The machine is equipped with the following working stations:

1) Placing station; it handles the container from the in feed magazine into the container Holders which are located on the moving plates.

2) Dispensing device for embossed alu-lids, working by vacuum and composed of a shaft With 10 sucker holders which are mechanically driven, 10 lids dispensers and a detecting System for lids.

3) 10 filling heads and dosing device it can be regulated from 100 ml. to 250 ml each.

4) Thermo sealing head, equipped with 10 sealing heads manufactured according to the Customer’s container, pneumatically driven, electronically timed and individually thermo regulated.

5) Ejection Station composed of:
-  A mechanical lifting devices which take the containers from their seat and lift them to the same level as the ejection conveyor;   
- A mechanical arm which transfers the containers to the collecting conveyor; a motorized ejection conveyor (about 3000 mm long) which can be supplied with collecting conveyor.

The control panel is simple to use. It has got a keypad with display screen and allows for control
of all the machine functions.
