The MEMWASH series machines are designed and built to handle the complete bottling procedure for 4, 5 and 6 gallons bottles.
All these machines are totally made out of high grade stainless steel; all the principal movements (mechanical or pneumatic) are controlled by PLC with man-machine interface that shows all machine functions and instructions.
Automatic loading, powerful washing, accurate filling, capping and conveying “all in one” compact machine, which conserves time, effort, cost and space.
SYSTEM AND CONTROL FEATURES
- PLC central programmable microprocessor controls all washer filler capper and conveyor functions.
- Single power connection to main control panel supplies all function. Including heater. Eliminates need for separate power supplies to washer, filler, capper and individual conveyor section.
- Extra-large stainless steel lighted indicator switches start and stops all component functions from the central panel.
- Emergency Stop buttons at every possible location; photo sensors and door interlock switches in case of any emergency. Instantly shuts down the entire system automatically.
- Fully system automatically.
- Safety Features throughout.
- PLC Man machine interface – LCD Display shows all machine emergency functions and instructs user on operation. It allows fine-tuning of fill times, counter bottles.
- Extremely quiet operation.
- Over-sized tank and pump on washer.
