MEMCO offers its innovative filling system for bottling, MONOBLOCK Series, with multi-configuration features that can be tailored to create a unique system for custom application.
Usages: Rinser, Filler and Capper
Flexibility: Maximum flexibility is featured by:

  • Rinsing System: With water, air, ozonated water, or sanitizing liquids.
  • Filling System: Gravity, vacuum, controlled pressure.
  • Capping Systems: For pre-threaded plastic caps, pressure caps or cork caps.

Main Features

  • Simple filling valve design. As a result of the reduced number of components.
  • filling parts in contact with the product in AISI 316;
  • filling valves opening and closing device on the filling carrousel;
  • inlet product regulation by modulating valve system to keep product level controlled;
  • Ring bowl designed in order to be completely cleanable. Possibility to open the ring bowl top for inspection or in depth cleaning;
  • Ring bowl profile, inclined in the area close to the filling valve, allowing the highest cleaning standards and best draining. Both contribute to the machine best clean ability since no residual is left in that critical area;
  • all the internal Product Bowl surfaces are polished;
  • all parts in contact with the filled product made from Stainless Steel AISI 316;
  • bowl level control with capacitive probes;
  • feedback signals which control incoming product flow through the modulating valve;
  • bottle handling system designed and built to reduce noise to a minimum;
  • production flexibility with possibility of very rapid bottle size change and product change time;
  • drive unit with frequency converter;
  • on board electrical cabinet in stainless steel;
  • stainless steel operator panel complete with synoptic;
  • easy access to all parts of the machine for cleaning and maintenance operations with consequent saving in time;
  • all the parts in contact with the product are designed and built to optimize the sanitizing operations and avoid the danger of product contamination;
  • equipped to handle three bottle size, and one type of plastic cap;

STANDARD TECHNICAL FEATURES

  1. Structure and carrousel bottle holder in Aisi 304.
  2. Galvanized gear which takes motion from the filler.
  3. Patented double opening grippers type “EVOLUTION” made of stainless steel AISI 316.
  4. Constant irreversibility and rotation on the bottle axis complete with food grade.
  5. Rubber pads of a quick-fit system.
  6. Fixed height carrousel for NECK HANDLING.
  7. Solenoid valve to intercept the rinsing fluid to stop the flow in case of machine’s stop.
  8. Pressure switch to stop the fluid when its pressure is either lower or higher than the set requested value.
  9. Centralized lubrication with nipples rack placed at an easily accessible point.
  10. Annular rinse product stainless steel collecting tray, with single product rinse outlet.
  11. Fixed spraying nozzle equipped with one spraying valve for each bottle holder.
  12. As option: valves operation in presence of bottles in the gripper through a pneumatic piston with solenoid valve (“No Bottle – No Spray system). The solenoid valve is driven by a signal coming from the filler PLC, just in presence of the bottle.
