FULLPACK MEMBLOCK Rotary Series

To meet the demand of a market which requires rigorous changes of packing look and new container shapes, necessitated the development of our FULLPACK Rotary Series as complete flexible packing solutions, designed and conceived for medium capacities required by food, beverages, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. The compact modular design of the FULLPACK rotary series, with the capability of having 6,8,10,12 index working stations allow to build this machine as per your exact requirements and within wide variety of options:

• Inclusion of one or more filling units with a specific filling concept (volumetric, gravity, vacuum and electronic with a mass flow meter)
• Inclusion of a capping unit with a proper sorting device tailored to your container type (glass, PET, HDPE, PVC, Aluminum or Metal)
• Catering for wide a diversity of closure types (pre-threaded plastic, plastic press-on, aluminum closures, corks, crown caps, etc.).
• On the out feed conveyor of these machines, a single or more pressure sensitive self-adhesive labeling applicators are installed with the possibility of handling full wrap around, partial, upper labeling, with hot print coding device.

Production rates up to 1.200 containers per hour, depending on the container and fill product characteristics.
