MEMCO offers its FULLPACK Linear Series to cater for the divergent and escalating needs of the market and in line with its diversification strategy. These machines offer the same philosophy of the complete flexible packaging solutions, with the ability to handle wide scope of container capacities ranging from 1000 ml up to 25 liters.

Total efficiency and flexibility:

• These machines can accommodate a wide range of filling devises to handle the filling of any type of liquid, and according to the customer product characteristics
• Different types of filling nozzles are available to achieve best performance of clean and accurate filling. Depending on the filling volume and production speed these machines can be equipped with up to 10 filling nozzles.
• The capping unit includes a cap sorter and either a single index capping head or contentious rotary capping turrets for high-speed applications.
• At the final stage, any type of pressure sensitive self-adhesive labels can be adopted.
• The easy quick change concept of these machines, with simplified control panel allows changing container sizes in few minutes.

Production rates up to 3.000 containers per hour, depending on the container and fill product characteristics.
